Sr. Data Management Supervisor

Role: Senior Data Management Supervisor overseeing nonclinical safety study data management and internal audit functions. Responsibilities: lead team hiring, coaching, performance reviews; drive audit program execution; improve processes; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on data system setup and delivery (e.g., Pristima, Watson); manage workload, resource allocation, and compliance; develop talent and implement process automation and quality metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's in biological sciences, technical writing, or related field; 5+ years in safety assessment, preferably in CROs; 2+ years supervisory experience; 4+ years in Life Sciences and with data management systems like Pristima or Watson. Preferred: Master’s degree; strong communication skills; experience leading process improvements. High-Value: safety assessment, nonclinical data management, regulatory compliance, GxP, laboratory information systems, global team leadership, hybrid work setup in Madison, WI or Greenfield, IN, with minimal travel.
