Sr. Courier

Role: Senior Courier responsible for managing specimen and lab sample deliveries within Labcorp's logistics network. Objectives include ensuring safe and timely pickups, route management, and supporting dispatch operations. Responsibilities encompass route coverage, onboarding new couriers, managing daily pickups, loading supplies, operating company vehicles, utilizing electronic devices for route management, and coordinating with dispatch for additional pickups. Qualifications: minimum of 3 years driver or courier experience; preferred high school diploma or GED and over 1 year of customer service experience. Skills required include punctuality, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. High-value specifics: Role involves routine specimen handling, adherence to safety protocols, and traffic/weather evaluation. Work setup is full-time with floating shifts, early mornings as early as 6:30 am, and potential overtime or weekend work. Use of company vehicle provided, with an option for personal use. Location: Phoenix, AZ; onsite. The position emphasizes strong time management, attention to detail, and physical endurance, integral to supporting Labcorp’s diagnostic and drug development services.
