Sr. Counsel - Legal Business Partner, HIV Prevention

Role: Senior Counsel – HIV Prevention Legal Business Partner supporting Gilead’s HIV Prevention portfolio development and commercialization. Responsibilities: provide legal guidance on US commercial strategies, promotional activities, and regulatory compliance; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Public Affairs, Government Affairs, Regulatory, and Compliance; deliver legal training and manage multiple projects across geographies. Qualifications: JD from a recognized law school; 6+ years of legal counsel experience related to drugs or devices, preferably in biotech/pharma; active California State Bar membership or eligibility for in-house counsel registration; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: resourcefulness, detail orientation, and willingness to travel within the US.
