Position Summary:
The Contracts Administrator assists with the daily operations of the company’s contract management lifecycle, coordinating intake, tracking, routine review, and execution of commercial agreements.

Essential Functions:
- Serve as point of contact for contract requests; review intake submissions for completeness.
- Review, draft, and finalize routine agreements (e.g., standard NDAs, amendments, simple vendor contracts) using approved templates.
- Coordinate with procurement to align contract terms with supplier sourcing requirements and purchase orders.
- Manage internal signature workflow via electronic signature tools; distribute fully executed copies.
- Route complex legal/financial issues to internal legal counsel per risk guidelines.
- Enter and maintain contract data in centralized repository with accurate metadata and version control.
- Track milestones, deadlines, expiration dates, and auto-renewal/opt-out windows.
- Upload standardized templates, fallback clauses, and legal playbooks into CLM.
- Extract data for routine reports on pipeline status, volumes, and turnaround times.
- Assist with routine corporate filings, entity registrations, and business license maintenance.
- Organize/maintain digital corporate records and organizational charts; help manage shared intake queue.
- Provide backup support; follow SOPs, workflows, and approval matrices; recommend process improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc/cross-functional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field + 4+ years relevant experience (or Associate’s + 6+ years).
- 4+ years handling commercial contracts or corporate legal administration.
- Preferred: in-house corporate legal experience; foundational exposure to corporate structures/entity filings.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Understanding of commercial contract structures/clauses and business terminology.
- Familiarity with procurement workflows, sourcing, and vendor onboarding.
- Understanding master agreements, SOWs, and purchase orders.
- Proficiency with enterprise CLM and electronic signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
- Strong Excel/Office productivity skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace); precision with data entry and proofreading.
- Ability to manage workload with minimal oversight; move contracts through the pipeline; adapt to shifting priorities.

Working Environment:
- On-site; Monday–Friday standard business hours (flexibility with manager approval). Must be able to use standard office equipment; lift up to 20 lbs.
