About the Role
Independently collaborates with Omnichannel and Marketing stakeholders and provides unbiased, objective, actionable commercial analytics for commercial planning. Analyzes products, markets, and competition to generate insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Develop and manage the commercial analytics plan for Omnichannel/Marketing projects; collect and manage data
- Define goals, metrics, and measurement plans to monitor and refine tactics
- Synthesize primary/secondary information to identify opportunities, conclusions, and recommendations for business decisions and risk/opportunity identification
- Provide strategic input to annual brand plan, brand/payer strategies, launch plan, and KPIs
- Manage analytics budgets and approved budgets
- Serve as trusted advisor to Commercial leadership; partner day to day with Omnichannel/Marketing teams
- Build/maintain vendor relationships for secondary data and analytics
- Interface with marketing agencies to gather data/context and share findings
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial Insights & Analytics to integrate insights across workstreams
- Communicate analytical findings and impacts on strategy/tactics
- Experience developing omnichannel measurement plans (e.g., next best action; integration of field and non-personal touchpoints)
Requirements
- BS/BA + 8+ years analytics/primary market research/competitive intelligence in biotech/pharma (CNS, launch, managed markets preferred). OR Masterβs + 6+ years. OR PhD + 4+ years
- Strong project management/leadership; independent issue anticipation; consultative problem-solving/analysis
- Advanced analytical skills integrating secondary data, primary research, competitive intelligence
- Hands-on biopharmaceutical market data knowledge (incl. anonymized patient-level and access/reimbursement data)
- Statistical modeling/optimization; statistical analyses of quantitative research
- Deep promotional data set knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics, Search, media channels) and familiarity with consumer data platforms (e.g., Data 360)
- Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Strategic knowledge of pharma sales/marketing and access/reimbursement
- Ability to evaluate/manage vendors

- Annual base salary: $158,100β$216,000; target annual bonus 30%; equity long-term incentive eligibility
