Position Summary
Director, CAMZYOS Brand Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness will lead cross-functional strategic alignment and decision-making for the global CAMZYOS brand, lifecycle management (LCM) including label optimization and future growth opportunities, and competitive strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forward-looking competitive strategy for the HCM market; translate competitive intelligence into brand narrative, data generation plans, and long-range evidence planning.
- Serve as commercial point for competitive intelligence and ensure brand acts/invests/evolves to maintain leadership.
- Lead commercial strategy for the nHCM indication: own commercial voice in trial design (endpoints, populations, comparators, architecture).
- Provide evidence-based input on program sequencing, label optimization, and development trade-offs.
- Own commercial perspective on data generation decisions across the brand lifecycle.
- Lead commercial input into market footprint prioritization (geographic sequencing, resource allocation) to support reimbursement/access objectives.
- Bridge global brand strategy to local execution (G2L): ensure local markets have tools/resources; partner on LCM priorities and launch sequencing.
- Influence senior cross-functional decisions across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Global Commercial.
Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry with success in strategy roles in matrixed organizations (commercial experience strongly preferred).
- Enterprise strategic planning experience; strong financial acumen and risk-based decision-making.
- Ability to lead through influence; strong analytical/insight-driven skills.
- Excellent communication and synthesis; manage multiple high-impact priorities in ambiguous environments.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics (launch planning, lifecycle management, competitive strategy).
- BMS and/or cardiovascular brand experience preferred.
Benefits/Compensation
- Remote (US): $201,890β$244,646 starting base range; may be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash/stock.
