- Collaborate with key business partners to develop short- and long-range forecasts, integrating emerging market dynamics and competitive assessments
- Develop evidence-based forecasting models using primary/secondary research, patient-based analytics, and commercial performance metrics
- Continuously improve forecasting methodologies, analytical tools, and business processes to increase accuracy and decision-making
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial Insights & Analytics to identify research initiatives and competitive intelligence needs
- Build and maintain advanced forecasting/scenario-planning models, including sensitivity analyses and Monte Carlo simulations
- Prepare and present forecasting analyses, assumptions, risks/opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor forecast performance via business reviews/dashboards; identify variance drivers and enhance models
- Support Incentive Compensation by translating forecasts into sales targets
- Conduct ad hoc requests using patient-level and national-level datasets; integrate findings into models
- Communicate impacts of analytics on forecasts, inventory management, and key KPIs
- Support enterprise planning (AOP, LRP, S&OP, and portfolio planning)

Requirements
- BA/BS in business, finance, or STEM with 8+ years OR MBA with 6+ years in forecasting/market research/consulting/analytics in pharma/biotech/life sciences
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel); simulation software proficiency (e.g., Crystal Ball, @RISK) is a plus
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales cycle (wholesaler to patient)
- Familiarity with pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Value Centric)
- Preferred: experience with patient and TRx forecasting/modeling techniques
- Strong influencing/persuasive communication and executive presence
