About The Role
Independently leads primary market research strategy and execution for the Ingrezza franchise by researching and analyzing the companyโ€™s products, markets, and competition for both HCP and Patient audiences. Collaborates cross-functionally with Commercial Analytics & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Access & Reimbursement to provide unbiased, objective, actionable insights and analyses for commercial planning.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Plan and lead commercial analytics market research projects (methodology, vendor selection/contract negotiation, questionnaires, implementation, analysis, presentations, actionable recommendations)
- Develop and manage commercial insights plans and related projects; collect and manage data
- Synthesize primary market research into opportunities, conclusions, and recommendations for business decisions, customer segments, competitive threats, and risks
- Provide strategic input for annual brand plan, brand/payer strategies, launch plan, and KPIs
- Manage insights budget(s) and develop scenarios with key risks/opportunities
- Build/maintain market research vendor relationships; partner to identify research activities supporting brand strategy/tactics
- Communicate analytical findings and impacts on forecasts, inventory, and key metrics to senior executives and partners

Requirements
- BS/BA + 8+ years in secondary analytics, primary market research, and/or competitive intelligence in biotech/pharma (CNS, launch, and managed markets preferred)
- OR Masterโ€™s + 6+ years
- OR PhD + 4+ years
- Exceptional analytical/problem-solving skills; strong knowledge of research/competitive intelligence methodologies
- Statistical modeling/optimization and statistical analyses of quantitative research
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strategic knowledge of pharma sales, marketing, and access/reimbursement
- Expert consulting skills; clear oral/written presentations; vendor evaluation
- Strong project management/leadership and ability to manage multiple deadlines/projects

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $158,100.00โ€“$216,000.00
- Annual bonus: target 30% of earned base salary; equity long-term incentive eligibility
