Sr. Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager (SCTM) leading global, late-stage clinical trials for a biopharma focused on small molecule treatments for cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary diseases. Responsibilities: oversee study start-up, conduct, and close-out; manage CROs, service providers, and study sites; coordinate timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance; support inspection readiness and process improvements; and ensure data integrity across clinical systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; 7+ years in clinical research with at least 3+ years in trial management; experience in managing multinational studies, CRO oversight, and site selection; proficiency in GxP, ICH, GCP, and FDA/EU regulations; strong project coordination and communication skills. Preferred: global team experience, familiarity with SOP development, and working across regions including Asia-Pacific and EU.
