Sr. Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager (SCTM) leading global, late-stage clinical trials for Structure Therapeutics' innovative small molecule pipeline targeting chronic diseases. Responsibilities: oversee study start-up, conduct, and close-out; manage CROs, service providers, and clinical sites; coordinate with cross-functional teams in the US and Shanghai; ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory standards; drive study timelines, budgets, and quality; support regulatory documentation and inspection readiness; and manage operational risks and issues. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; minimum 7+ years in clinical research, with at least 3+ years in study management; experience overseeing multinational studies, site/vendor management, and regulatory compliance; proficiency in MS Office; deep knowledge of FDA/EU regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCP. Preferred: global team experience, particularly in Asia-Pacific and EU. High-Value: late-stage development, global multicenter studies, CRO/vendor oversight, compliance with GxP, and regulatory submissions. Travel: up to 30%. Work setup: not specified.
