Sr. Business Director (Nashville, TN) – Immunology

Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for account-based selling to HCPs prescribing and influencing Lilly immunology therapies (including dedicated dermatology/allergy practices).
- Partner with key customers to drive adoption of new and existing therapies.
- Build relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations.
- Lead local RHM (Regional Health/Medical management) and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive uptake of promoted products.
- Evaluate and tailor district sales strategy using analytics; coach to marketplace changes and account impact.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including company-approved AI tools, to streamline interactions and prioritize accounts.
- Coach territory managers; ensure full utilization of the Virtual Medical Hub and achieve district sales/execution metrics.
- Hold self and team accountable; manage relationships across internal/external partners; ensure effective use of internal resources.
- Lead people development, coaching/selling models, performance management, and succession.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Required professional certification/license if required by state.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time (no visa/work authorization sponsorship).

Preferences
- Launch experience; proven leadership.
- Learning agility, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, analytical skills.
- Payer acumen; business operations experience; prior account management.

Additional/Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Residence within 50 miles of district boundary.
- Anticipated wage: $157,500–$231,000; eligible for company bonus and comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, time off).
