Sr. Business Director - Gulf Coast, AL (Immunology)
Responsibilities
- Lead account-based selling to HCPs prescribing/influencing Lilly immunology therapies (including dermatology/allergy practices).
- Partner with key customers to increase adoption of new and existing therapies.
- Build relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations.
- Lead local RHMs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive uptake of promoted products.
- Analyze district marketplace and tailor sales strategy using business analytics to meet customer needs and corporate objectives.
- Coach teams to navigate the changing healthcare environment and become trusted partners.
- Use insight tools/data/analytics to identify and coach to trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement/adopt new technologies, including company-approved AI tools, to streamline interactions and prioritize accounts.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Coach and lead others with a growth mindset to create positive employee experiences.
People Leadership/Execution Results
- Build, coach, and develop a high-functioning, diverse team; ensure safety/inclusion.
- Recognize/reward, retain top talent, address poor performance; manage succession.
- Ensure utilization of the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve district sales/execution metrics in compliance with company policies.
- Hold self and territory managers accountable for results across accounts.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Required professional certification/license if state requires.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas).
