Responsibilities / Duties
- Lead a team responsible for account-based selling to HCPs who prescribe and influence treatment for Lilly immunology portfolios (rheumatology and dermatology practices and key hospital accounts).
- Partner with customers to increase adoption of new and existing therapies.
- Build relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations; serve as a credible resource.
- Understand the marketplace in the district using business analytics to meet customer needs and drive results aligned to corporate objectives.
- Coach team to navigate the changing healthcare environment and impact key stakeholders.
- Model a growth mindset and lead through challenges to create positive experiences.
- Recruit and onboard diverse top talent; build a high-functioning team.
- Coach using Lilly’s selling/coaching models; set clear expectations, track progress, differentiate performance, and hold individuals accountable.
- Drive ongoing learning through consistent career coaching dialogues.
- Achieve team targeted activity metrics consistent with internal policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to build trust and drive results.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required if required by the specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas.

Additional Information
- Must live within 50 miles of the district boundary.
