Sr. Associate, Quality (AS&T)

Role: Senior Associate in Quality Control Lab focusing on Analytical Science & Technology at Alcon, supporting manufacturing and product readiness through chemical and microbiological analyses. Responsibilities: perform microbiology testing for validation, release, and compliance; conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses; maintain and qualify lab equipment; troubleshoot complex issues; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes; support audits and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring adherence to GxP and SOPs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience; 1 year demonstrated leadership; strong knowledge of GxP, quality systems, and regulatory standards; proficient communication skills. Preferred: experience with SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, process capability studies, SAP, Kneat, Teamcenter; high attention to detail; self-starter.
