As a Global Lab Informatics Sr. Associate (Global Quality), provide technical leadership and project management oversight for the global implementation of LabVantage across the Elanco QC Network.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global deployment of LabVantage: manage timelines, provide routine progress metrics, and act as primary technical lead for the QC Network implementation.
- Serve as key global point of contact for site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT; represent business requirements in vendor discussions and negotiate project priorities.
- Drive creation of master data, reports, and dashboards; define and implement business processes to maximize value from the informatics solution.
- Establish a sustainable support strategy for long-term lifecycle management of LabVantage and incorporate learnings/best practices into downstream deployments.
- Ensure informatics solutions remain compliant with CSQ/CSV requirements and adhere to global quality frameworks, HSE policies, and the Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Information Technology, or related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3 years laboratory experience in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, VMD) with demonstrated LabVantage use/implementation.
- Strong technical leadership in project management and advanced quantitative analytical/problem-solving skills.

- Ability to initiate and drive organizational change across a global network.
- Ability to build relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated leadership in complex projects.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

- Travel: up to 10% (domestic and international).
