Sr Associate in Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational processes by ensuring required information is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
- Coordinate activities across teams to support business operations and project execution
- Gather, analyze, validate, and maintain operational and business data
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, metrics, and leadership updates
- Support corporate consolidation and reporting (prepare, validate, reconcile enterprise-level reporting inputs)
- Coordinate One Techbook preparation for ETDG (ensure content/metrics/supporting materials are complete, accurate, and review-ready)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain compliance with established business processes, policies, and governance requirements
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and special projects
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
OR
- Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience
OR
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting business operations, reporting/analytics, project coordination, or process management
- Experience with BI/reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; data quality focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); enterprise systems/data sources experience is a plus
