Sr. Associate, ESO Quality Assurance Compliance

Role: Senior Associate, Quality Assurance Compliance at Alcon, supporting site and external supply organization compliance at the Fort Worth manufacturing site. Responsibilities: manage quality systems to ensure adherence to cGMP, ISO, and international regulations; support harmonization of the Quality Management System; facilitate quality strategy implementation; oversee quality information systems and training; conduct independent research and assessments; support change controls, nonconformance investigations, and audits within a regulated environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years relevant QA experience; strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory standards, and quality systems; technical writing skills; onsite work, no travel required. Preferred: experience with audits, CAPAs, change requests, and cross-functional team collaboration. High-Value: focus on quality compliance in a regulated biopharma manufacturing environment, supporting the external supply chain, with an emphasis on cGMP and ISO standards.
