Sr. Associate, Clinical Supplies Planning and Logistics

Role: Entry-level Clinical Supplies Professional supporting clinical trial logistics within a biotech-focused environment. Responsibilities: participate in demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, inventory management, and distribution coordination for multiple trials; collaborate with external vendors (CROs, CMOs, IRT), clinical operations, regulatory, and QA teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution; assist in documentation, batch record review, and inspection readiness. Requirements: BA/BS, preferably in a scientific discipline or supply chain; 3+ years in clinical supplies, QA, manufacturing, or related GxP environments; knowledge of cGMP, GCP, GDP; strong Excel/Office skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams. Preferred: experience in global logistics, GxP compliance, and familiarity with regulatory documentation.
