Sr. Analyst, Commercial Finance

Role: Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance supporting Regeneron's Hematology business, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis to inform decision-making for current and pipeline products. Responsibilities include managing brand budgets, quarterly reforecasts, variance analysis, supporting long-range planning, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Acts as a finance partner across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and G&A functions, facilitating communication and data integrity within financial systems. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 5+ years in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting, preferably within pharma/biotech; solid technical foundation with automated systems familiarity. Preferred: MBA, CPA, CFA. High-Value: pharma/biotech sector experience, commercial operations, financial systems knowledge, on-site NY location, and involvement in strategic financial processes.
