Sr. Analyst, Accounts Receivable

Role: Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for managing ANI Pharmaceuticals' AR functions, including cash application, account reconciliation, collections, deductions, disputes, and account maintenance. The role supports cash flow, working capital, month-end close, internal controls, and audits. Responsibilities include processing payments, resolving discrepancies, monitoring aging, managing deductions, analyzing customer accounts, preparing AR reports, supporting system improvements, and collaborating with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Trade Finance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 3–5 years of experience in AR, collections, or cash application, with pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred. Technical skills required include proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/SAP S/4HANA preferred), Excel, and financial reporting tools like Power-BI. Experience supporting month-end close, AR reporting, and process improvements is beneficial. High-Value: Pharma-specific AR knowledge, experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry background, and familiarity with financial controls and audit processes. Work setup: On-site role with no travel requirement, salary range $75,000-$95,000.
