SUMMARY
Sr. Account Manager for the Skeletal Dysplasia brand (Atlanta Territory: Northern GA/AL/LA, Alabama, Eastern TN). Primary call targets: pediatric endocrinology, pediatric orthopedics, and genetics (institutional and office-based). Target pediatricians treating ACH patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve area sales objectives, market penetration, new patient starts, and revenue targets (quarterly/annual)
- Drive demand via clinical selling and education to referring and treating HCPs focused on skeletal conditions (includes cold calling as needed)
- Implement an effective business plan; track strategy/tactics progress
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Pediatric Endocrinology, Pediatric Orthopedics, Genetics, and referring physicians)
- Participate in disease awareness and burden/natural history efforts at professional society meetings
- Collaborate with brand team and internal functions (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Compliance)
- Become an expert in clinical data and communicate relevance to stakeholders
- Provide business insights on assigned account clinical practices
- Operate in compliance with training, policies, guidelines, and best judgment; work effectively with ambiguity

SCOPE
- Work some evenings/weekends for educational events (in-person/virtual)
- Multi-state territory management; overnight travel ~40–60%
- Strong virtual skills for HCP/caregiver engagement

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years biotech/rare disease specialty sales (technically challenging, first-in-class products)
- Office-based selling and complex referral-to-prescriber models in newly created markets
- Field team model experience (field clinical support + reimbursement hub)
- Pediatric Endocrinology and/or Pediatric Orthopedics strongly preferred
- New product launch experience (preferably first-in-class)
- Experience working directly with patients/families; commitment to long sales cycles
