Specimen Processor

Role: Specimen Processor in a high-throughput clinical laboratory setting, ensuring accurate specimen handling, data entry, and shipment to support diagnostic testing. Responsibilities: prepare, unpack, label, and route specimens; resolve issues with samples; maintain proper storage; and accurately document patient data. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; at least 1 year of lab, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred; comfortable handling biological specimens; strong organizational, data entry, and attention to detail skills; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; pass color blindness test. High-Value: focus on specimen processing within a diagnostic lab environment, supporting healthcare testing operations. Work Setup: onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana; schedule Monday–Friday 5:00 pm–1:30 am with rotating Saturdays.
