Role: Specimen Processor supporting laboratory operations at Labcorp in Spokane, WA, ensuring accurate specimen handling and data entry in a high-throughput environment. Responsibilities: prepare and verify biological specimens, enter patient info, meet quality and productivity metrics, handle specimen packaging and shipping, resolve issues, and operate automated instruments under supervision. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, proficiency in computer skills, ability to handle biological specimens, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in protective gear; strong attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred: 6+ months experience in specimen processing or medical data entry; comfort with biological samples including blood, urine, tissue. High-Value: support for diagnostics and testing in a clinical lab setting, with a focus on specimen accessioning and processing for healthcare diagnostics. Work Setup: Monday-Friday 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with potential overtime and rotating weekends, based in Spokane; flexible to work overtime as needed.
