Role Summary

Specialty Territory Manager in the Charleston, SC territory responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, serving as a clinical expert on Harmony Biosciences products for healthcare professionals, and maintaining professional and compliant conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on driving growth to meet or exceed sales forecast for Harmony products while ensuring compliant selling activities.
  • Develop business plans for your territory and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with Harmony objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
  • Manage a territory call plan with varying customer reach and frequency; use data and analytics to optimize the plan to achieve objectives.
  • Meet or exceed product and brand strategy training targets and certifications, including product knowledge, disease and patient management strategies.
  • Operate as a team player, cooperating with internal/external colleagues to reach goals.
  • Share best practices and participate in Regional and National meetings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization in support of business objectives.
  • Operate the company vehicle with safe practices and in compliance with policies and laws.
  • Process company-related expenses in a timely and compliant manner per Harmony policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales required; Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine or CNS experience strongly preferred
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Experience selling a product that requires coordination with patient services and understanding HUB services
  • Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to develop a territory business plan
  • Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with customers to help patients and achieve results
  • Must live within the territory boundaries

Additional Requirements

  • Up to 50% travel may be required
