Job Summary:
The Specialty Sales Representative drives brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography after launch by engaging healthcare professionals and key stakeholders through clear, balanced, compliant product and disease-state education.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute focused territory and account plans to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Deliver clear, balanced, compliant product education via in-person and virtual engagements; adapt messaging to customer needs and feedback.
- Build relationships with prescribers, influencers, and stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption across decision-makers.
- Establish credibility through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions.
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows and challenges.
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics; partner internally to support patient access and remove barriers.
- Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving/ambiguous situations to achieve practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and perform activities in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and required training.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent education/experience).
- 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience (pharmaceutical/specialty/healthcare preferred).
- Experience supporting launches/new initiatives/growth environments is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and ability to learn clinical/scientific/product information.
- Business acumen to identify opportunities and act on insights.
- Comfort using CRM systems/technology.

Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must live in the territory.
- Travel for meetings/conferences and within territory; overnight travel may be required.
- Valid U.S. driverβs license.
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $120,000β$160,000; may include performance-based incentives. Eligible for equity and 401(k) matching; medical/dental/vision provided with 100% employer-paid coverage.
