Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role: Specialty Sales Representative responsible for launching and growing Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular diseases. Responsibilities: develop data-driven territory strategies, activate prescribers through clinical engagement, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and access teams. Maintain compliance, track activities, and represent the company at industry events (~30% travel). Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas; success in complex therapy launches and access navigation. Preferred: experience within integrated health systems or IDNs. Competencies: strong clinical data communication, account management, strategic planning, resilience, and performance record.
