Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data (prescribing trends, account potential, access landscape) to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage territory budget responsibly (speaker programs/promotional initiatives) and achieve/exceed sales goals.
- Provide compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling.
- Communicate complex clinical data and value propositions to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Differentiate therapies; execute speaker programs/educational and peer-to-peer engagements.
- Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
- Build trust-based relationships with HCPs and institutional stakeholders; navigate IDNs with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and Patient Services to support pull-through.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services; share actionable field insights.
- Maintain compliance; accurately document field activity and manage timely CRM reporting.

Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales.
- 3+ years in specialty/rare disease/cardiovascular (preferred).
- Success launching/expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
- Experience with IDNs/complex systems (preferred).

Skills
- Data-driven territory planning/account management; strong clinical data communication; excellent communication/presentation/relationship-building; business acumen; resilience and strong organizational skills.

Travel
- ~30% travel; overnight as needed by territory.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 plus incentive (20–30% target bonus); RSUs; car allowance; health/dental/vision/401(k).
