The Position
Specialty Sales Representative to support launch and growth of the cardiometabolic portfolio (Plozasiran) by driving prescriber activation and adoption in complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data (prescribing trends, account potential, access landscape) to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage territory budget, including speaker programs and promotional initiatives.
- Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling.
- Communicate complex clinical data and value propositions to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
- Coordinate within IDNs with Key Account Managers; identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access/patient services.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services; provide actionable field insights.
- Maintain compliance; document activity and manage CRM reporting timely.
- Represent the company at regional/national meetings and conferences (~30% travel; overnight as needed).
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- 3+ years in specialty/rare disease/cardiovascular areas strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success launching/expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
- Experience with IDNs/complex healthcare systems preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000β$180,000 + incentive (20β30% target).
