Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role: Specialty Sales Representative focused on launching and growing Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies for rare cardiovascular conditions, including FCS and SHTG. Responsibilities: develop strategic territory plans, drive prescriber activation through clinical engagement, manage stakeholder relationships within complex healthcare systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams. Ensure compliance, document activities, and represent the company at events (~30% travel). Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 5 years pharma sales experience; 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred. Skills: strong territory management, clinical data communication, relationship-building, and business acumen.
