Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role: Specialty Sales Representative supporting Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions like FCS and SHTG. Responsibilities: develop strategic territory plans, drive prescriber activation, deliver clinical education, build stakeholder relationships within complex healthcare systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and access teams. Maintain compliance, document activities, and represent the company at regional/national events (~30% travel). Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years pharma sales experience, preferably in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas; experience with complex therapies and healthcare system navigation. Preferred: 3+ years in cardiometabolic space, IDN experience, strong data-driven planning, clinical data interpretation, relationship-building, and achievement of sales targets.
