Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze prescribing trends, account potential, and access landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage territory budget (including speaker programs and promotional initiatives) and achieve/exceed sales goals.
- Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling; present complex clinical data to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Differentiate therapies; execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements.
- Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
- Build relationships with HCPs, office staff, and institutional stakeholders; navigate IDNs with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services; provide field insights.
- Maintain compliance with policies/industry promotional standards; document activity and manage CRM reporting.
- Travel to regional/national meetings and conferences (~30%).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas strongly preferred.
- Success launching/expanding complex therapies; access navigation and clinical depth required.
- Experience with IDNs/complex healthcare systems preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000β$180,000 + incentive (20β30% target bonus); RSUs; car allowance; health/dental/vision/401(k).
- California pay range: $160,000β$180,000. Work authorization to work in the US required.
