Specialty Sales Representative (Cardiometabolic Portfolio)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-value targets.
- Manage territory budget (including speaker programs/promotional initiatives) and consistently meet/exceed sales goals.
- Provide compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling; communicate complex clinical data to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Differentiate therapies, execute speaker/educational/peer-to-peer programs, and support patient identification and therapy initiation.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with HCPs and stakeholders; navigate IDNs and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers and partner with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
- Maintain compliance; document activities and manage CRM reporting.
- Travel to regional/national meetings and conferences (~30% required); overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- 3+ years in specialty/rare disease/cardiovascular areas strongly preferred.
- Experience launching/expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
- IDN or complex healthcare system experience preferred.

- Data-driven territory planning and account management; strong clinical data communication.
- Excellent communication/presentation/relationship-building; business acumen; resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 plus incentive compensation (20–30% target bonus).
