Role: Specialty Sales Representative focusing on Arrowhead’s cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory business plans, drive prescriber activation, deliver clinical education, build healthcare provider relationships, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and access teams, and ensure compliance. Manage account access and navigate complex healthcare systems, especially within IDNs; represent the company at industry events with ~30% travel. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 5 years pharma sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapies; experience with complex therapy launches and healthcare system navigation preferred. Skills: strong data-driven planning, clinical data communication, relationship-building, strategic growth identification, and impeccable organization. High-value: experience with rare cardiovascular indications, complex healthcare environments, IDNs, and specialty/pharma sales. Work setup: field-based role with significant travel.
