Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
- Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities; prioritize high-value targets.
- Manage territory budget (including speaker programs and promotional initiatives) and achieve/exceed sales goals.
- Provide compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling.
- Communicate complex clinical data and value propositions to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
- Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements; support patient identification and therapy initiation.
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders; navigate IDNs in partnership with Key Account Managers.
- Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, Patient Services) and provide field insights.
- Maintain compliance; document activity and manage CRM reporting.
- Travel ~30% (overnight as needed).

Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success launching/expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
- Experience in IDNs/complex healthcare systems (preferred).
- Strong territory planning/account management (data-driven); ability to interpret/communicate complex clinical data.
- Excellent communication/presentation/relationship-building; business acumen; resilience/adaptability; proven achievement of performance targets.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
- Authorization to work in the US.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 plus incentive compensation (20–30% target bonus).
