Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role: Specialty Sales Representative focused on launching and expanding Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapeutics, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities: develop strategic territory plans, drive prescriber activation, deliver clinical product education, build healthcare professional relationships, navigate complex healthcare systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams. Ensure compliance, manage CRM activities, and participate in regional and national events (~30% travel). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years pharma sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred; experience with complex therapy launches and IDNs is advantageous. Skills: strong clinical and data interpretation capabilities, strategic account management, excellent communication, relationship-building, and resilience.
