Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role: Specialty Sales Representative focused on launching and growing Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions like FCS and SHTG. Responsibilities: develop strategic territory plans, drive prescriber activation, deliver clinical education, build healthcare provider relationships, and support therapy adoption within complex healthcare systems; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and access teams; ensure compliance and manage CRM documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty, rare diseases, or cardiovascular areas; expertise in complex therapy launches, access navigation, and working within IDNs; strong clinical and data interpretation skills, excellent communication, and account management capability.
