Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

Role: Specialty Sales Representative supporting Arrowhead’s cardiometabolic RNAi therapeutics for rare cardiovascular diseases, including FCS and SHTG. Responsibilities: develop data-driven territory strategies, drive prescriber activation through clinical education, build relationships with healthcare providers, navigate complex healthcare systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams. Ensure compliance and operational excellence, manage travel (~30%), and represent the company at industry events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 5 years of pharma sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas; experience with complex therapy launches and IDNs preferred. Skills: strong clinical and data interpretation, account management, relationship-building, strategic planning, and performance track record.
