Specialty Representative/ Sr Specialty Representative - Cardiovascular - Houston Medical Center

Role: Senior/Regular Specialty Representative focusing on cardiovascular products within the Houston, TX Medical Center territory. Primary objectives include promoting Amgen’s cardiovascular therapies, providing clinical product knowledge to healthcare professionals, and fostering relationships to ensure appropriate product utilization. Responsibilities: deliver branded sales messages through in-person and virtual engagements, develop account strategies, support marketing feedback, and manage reimbursement issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain customer relationships aligned with company values. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years (Senior) or 4-6 years (Regular) in pharmaceutical or biotech sales or healthcare/scientific clinical experience. Preferred: 3+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device; established local relationships; knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas (cardiology, inflammation, oncology, etc.); degree in Life Sciences or Business. High-Value: cardiovascular therapeutic area, biotech/pharma industry experience, in-field sales, and ability to build long-term customer relationships. Work Setup: Field-based in Houston, TX; no relocation offered; travel as needed.
