Role Summary
Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative - Primary Care - Milwaukee, WI. Territory covers Milwaukee, WI; Green Bay, WI; Appleton, WI. This role focuses on delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and guiding them through the payer environment, while implementing marketing strategy under the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
- Lead to achieve territory sales by delivering branded messages, conducting planned programs, coordinating medical educational programs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
- Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, customize discussions based on customer needs, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities, conduct territory analysis, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative.
- Demonstrate passion for products and sustain it throughout the sales cycle while building the brand and serving patients.

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications (Specialty Representative): Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR high school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
- Basic Qualifications (Senior Specialty Representative): Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or relevant clinical experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of sales or relevant clinical experience OR high school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales or relevant clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1βΓΓ¬3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience; product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, bone health, respiratory, hematology, or infectious diseases; strong communication and persuasion skills; curiosity and learning agility; resilience; entrepreneurial spirit; desire to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales focusing on cardiovascular area; bachelorβΓΓ΄s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration; local market knowledge.
