This role is field-based; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (areas surrounding South Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tucson, Yuma). Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field to effectively manage territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships to maximize short- and long-term sales performance while complying with AbbVie business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives; perform post-call evaluation; handle objections and close every sales call.
- Serve customer needs and build trusted relationships; achieve win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plan to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Build insight into customer/market dynamics, competitors, disease/product/clinical expertise; share intelligence to optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate value proposition and develop disease state experts/speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or 5+ years relevant industry experience (3+ years preferred) with high school diploma/GED.
- Proven sales success and strong presentation skills; adapts selling approach; proposes innovative solutions.
- Collaboration and leadership; influences peers; supports increased responsibility.
- Preferred: sales success in relevant therapeutic areas; experience with physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing; English proficiency (as applicable).
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (background checks/drug screens/immunization proof/fingerprinting/licenses as required) and maintain eligibility.
- Demonstrated scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen; matrix work.
- Ability to drive (valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screen).
