This role is field-based; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (South Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tucson, Yuma).

Execute brand strategy and tactics in field sales; manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales performance while placing the patient at the center of efforts and operating in accordance with company code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial/marketing targets.
- Use SMART pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluation to improve performance; handle objections and drive appropriate calls to action.
- Proactively serve customer needs/expectations to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Build and share market intelligence (customer needs, competitors, segments/dynamics, disease/product/clinical and sales expertise) to support brand strategy execution.
- Differentiate value proposition; identify/develop/maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent experience required (5+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred); HS diploma/GED required.
- Proven selling success; strong presentation skills; adapts selling approach; provides innovative ideas.
- Influences others; credible role model; leads by example; collaborative with district/matrix teams.
- Documented leadership/support success at district/region/org levels.
- Preferred: sales success in relevant therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing; English proficiency.
- Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements; may include background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses.
- Demonstrates deep scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and business tool proficiency; works in matrix environments.
- Ability to drive personal/company vehicle or powered material-handling equipment; valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening.
