Role: This is a field-based sales position supporting AbbVie's therapeutic areas, including immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, primarily focused on building customer relationships and achieving sales targets within assigned territories. Responsibilities: execute brand strategies, develop and implement call plans, manage key customer accounts, and gather market intelligence to optimize brand performance; build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and develop disease state expertise; meet or exceed KPIs related to sales, market share, and customer engagement. Requirements: bachelor's degree in health, science, pharmacy, or related field preferred; minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales; proven success in sales, excellent presentation and influencing skills, and ability to adapt selling approaches to customer behavior.
