This role is field-based. Candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city.

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy/tactics in the field; manage assigned territory and targeted accounts to maximize short- and long-term sales performance.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans; perform post-call evaluations to improve performance; handle objections and drive calls to action to close each sales call.
- Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements by proactively addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency for key customers.
- Use market intelligence (customer needs, landscape, competitors, segments, disease, product/clinical/sales expertise) to align with in-field/brand/sales teams and optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate value proposition and identify/develop/maintain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or relevant/equivalent experience required (5+ years industry experience; 3+ years in pharma/health/science preferred; high school/GED required).
- Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer style/behavior; strong strategy and sales planning.
- Proven expertise in scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and use of business tools.
- Preferred: proven sales success in relevant therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing experience.
- Essential: satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements to enter assigned facilities.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; meet pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements.
