Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred, or relevant/equivalent industry experience required.
- If no bachelor’s: at least 5 years of relevant experience (3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred); high school diploma/GED.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and strategic/critical thinking.
- Adaptable selling approach; uses findings to develop sales strategies.
- Proven sales success track record; solid presentation skills; effective in matrix environments.
- Influences others; credible role model; collaborative.
- Leadership success with increasing responsibility.
- Preferred: sales performance track record in respective therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling and/or training/managed care/marketing experience; English proficiency (verbal/writing where applicable).
