Role: Field-based sales representative responsible for executing brand strategies, achieving sales targets, and building customer relationships within designated territories. Responsibilities: deliver sales performance and KPIs, develop pre-call plans, handle objections, and differentiate AbbVie's value proposition through disease state expertise; develop and execute call plans to maximize customer access and market coverage; share market intelligence to optimize brand strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or related field preferred or at least five years of industry experience; minimum high school diploma or GED required; demonstrated in-depth therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge; strong sales success and communication skills; experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
