Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field; deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales.
- Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve performance.
- Handle objections and consistently drive to logical, reasonable calls to action to close sales.
- Develop and execute call plans that meet call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent experience required.
- If no bachelor’s: at least 5 years pharmaceutical/health/science experience (3+ years preferred) and a high school diploma/GED required.
- Proactively identify customer behavior and adapt selling approach; effective in a matrix environment.
- Proven sales success with solid presentation skills; innovative problem-solving.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Influences others; credible role model; builds collaborative partnerships.
- Meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination; may include fingerprinting and state/city licenses).
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Travel to cover territory and attend scheduled training/sales meetings.
- Drive personal or company vehicle and/or operate powered material handling equipment.
