Specialty Representative, HCV - Charlotte, NC

Role: Field-based sales representative responsible for executing brand strategies, achieving sales targets, and building customer relationships within assigned territories, focusing on AbbVie's immunology, oncology, and neuroscience portfolios. Responsibilities: develop and implement call plans, meet or exceed KPIs and financial objectives, handle objections effectively, gather and share market intelligence, and differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business, or at least five years of relevant industry experience; proven sales success with strong presentation skills; in-depth therapeutic and product knowledge; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel; HCIR credentialing compliance. Preferred: therapeutic area expertise, experience in pharmaceutical sales, managed healthcare, or marketing, and proficiency in English. High-Value: focus on immunology, oncology, neuroscience; active engagement in physician and healthcare provider accounts; compliance with healthcare industry regulations; territory management; and in-field stakeholder relationship building.
