Field-based role; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city.

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy/tactics in the field to deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives; conduct post-call evaluations; handle objections and drive logical calls to action to close sales.
- Build trusted customer relationships by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, expectations, and challenges.
- Develop and execute territory call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency to key customers.
- Build and share market intelligence (customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, accounts, disease/product/clinical expertise) with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
- Differentiate value proposition with assigned health providers; identify and develop disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or 5+ years relevant industry experience (3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred) plus high school diploma/GED.
- Strong presentation and selling skills; ability to develop sales strategies from insights.
- In-depth scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen; strategic/critical thinking; effective in matrix environments.
- Leadership/peer influence and collaborative partnership skills.
- Preferred: Sales performance success in relevant therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, managed health care, or marketing experience.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel and drive personal or company vehicle.
- Satisfy all HCIR credentialing requirements (background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, state/city licenses).
