Job Description (Field-based)
Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field; manage assigned territory and targeted accounts; build strong customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales performance while complying with AbbVie policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial/marketing objectives.
- Use SMART pre-call plans; conduct post-call evaluations; handle objections and drive appropriate call-to-actions to close sales.
- Proactively serve customer needs to build trusted relationships and reach win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Build and share market intelligence (customer needs, competitors, segments, accounts, disease/product/clinical expertise) to align and optimize brand execution.
- Differentiate value proposition; identify and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; OR 5+ years equivalent experience (3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred) with high school diploma/GED required.
- Adapt selling approach to customer behavior; offer innovative solutions to develop sales strategies.
- Strong scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; business acumen and strategic thinking; effective in matrix environments.
- Demonstrated leadership; influences others; peer coaching.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel and drive (personal or company vehicle).
- Preferred: sales track record in relevant therapeutic areas; physician/account-based selling, managed care, or marketing experience; English proficiency (where applicable).
- Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements for assigned territories.
