Field-based role; candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (Nebraska and a portion of Iowa including Sioux City).

Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field; effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts to maximize short- and long-term sales performance.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial/marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives; conduct post-call evaluations to improve performance; handle objections and drive logical calls to action.
- Proactively address customer needs and challenges to build trusted relationships and win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency for key customers.
- Build knowledge of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, products, and clinical/sales expertise; share market intelligence to align and optimize brand strategy.
- Differentiate the value proposition with assigned health providers; identify and maintain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; otherwise relevant equivalent experience required (at least 5 years; 3+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science preferred; high school diploma/GED required).
- Proven success in selling; strong presentation skills; adapts selling approach to customer behavior; provides innovative ideas.
- Influences others; credible role model; collaborative leadership and peer coaching.
- Documented success in leadership/increased responsibility and ability to develop sales strategies.
- Preferred: sales performance success in relevant therapeutic areas; experience with physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing; English proficiency in speaking and writing (non-English countries).
- Satisfy all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements to enter facilities/organizations in territory (including potential background checks, drug screens, immunization proof, fingerprinting, and state/city licenses).
- Demonstrated scientific/therapeutic/product/competitive knowledge; strong business acumen; strategic/critical thinking; works effectively in a matrix environment.
- Drive personal or company vehicle/equipment; valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening.
